I am Vaishali — but here, you can call me Vi.
I am a wife, a proud mother of two beautiful children, an entrepreneur, educator, business owner, community advocate, spiritual seeker and, perhaps most importantly, a lifelong student of life.
My journey began in my beautiful home country of India, where I was born and raised. I moved to the United States at a young age, and throughout my life I have had the privilege of calling different countries and several states across America home.
Every move introduced me to new cultures, different ways of thinking, unexpected challenges, beautiful relationships and perspectives that expanded the way I see people — and life itself.
Those experiences taught me something I carry deeply today:
No matter where we come from, most of us are searching for the same things — love, belonging, peace, purpose and the courage to become who we truly are.
Hey there! I’m Parmjit Kaur, a proud product of the vibrant mix of Indian heritage and American upbringing, with a dash of British flavor thrown into the mix. Nomadic by nature, I’ve called different countries around the globe and multiple states across the US home, embracing each new chapter as an opportunity to expand my horizons and connect with diverse communities.
I wear many hats – from being a seasoned project management professional with certifications like PMP and CSM to a trusted consultant, public speaker, and health advocate. My journey has been a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, determination, and a deep-rooted passion for making a difference.

My Journey
My life has never followed one perfectly straight path. It has been a tapestry woven through motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, education, leadership, service, spirituality, uncertainty, resilience, accomplishments, mistakes, lessons and new beginnings.
- I currently wear several hats.
- I am the owner of a Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt franchise, the owner of Wize Computing Academy, the Director of KGS Foundation – Service for All, and the founder of Simpley Vi.
From managing businesses and leading teams to working with families and educating children, each chapter has taught me something different about human connection.
- I have experienced the boardroom and the classroom.
- I have experienced the excitement of building something from an idea — and the reality of navigating difficult decisions, setbacks and responsibilities behind the scenes.
- I have learned that success is rarely about avoiding challenges.
- It is about how we grow through them.
And through every season, I have discovered that resilience becomes more powerful when it is paired with self-awareness, compassion, gratitude and faith.

The Part of My Journey Closest to My Heart
Children hold an incredibly special and valuable place in my heart and in my life.
As a mother, educator and entrepreneur working closely with children and families, I have witnessed the incredible potential that exists inside a child’s curious mind.
- Their imagination.
- Their honesty.
- Their creativity.
- Their ability to dream without limits.
This is one of the reasons education became such an important part of my life’s work.
I have always believed: Education is not a privilege for a few. Education is a right for every child.
Through Wize Computing Academy, I have had the opportunity to introduce young minds to coding, robotics, technology, problem-solving and innovation while encouraging them to think creatively and believe in their own abilities.
One of the proudest honors of my educational journey was receiving the Global Educator Award in 2025.
I receive that recognition with tremendous gratitude and humility because, for me, education has never simply been about teaching a lesson.It is about helping a child discover what is possible.
It is about building confidence.It is about planting seeds today that may become someone else’s extraordinary future tomorrow.
The award may carry my name, but the true honor belongs to every child who has allowed me to be part of their learning journey.

From Entrepreneur to Soulpreneur
Running multiple businesses has taught me lessons that no textbook ever could.
I have experienced moments of tremendous accomplishment as well as uncertainty, difficult decisions, unexpected challenges and the responsibility that comes with leadership.
- Those experiences shaped the way I now approach life coaching.
- Because personal growth and professional growth are rarely separate.
- The person entering the boardroom is still carrying the emotions from home.
- The mother caring for everyone else still has dreams of her own.
